US21 has concluded deliveries of Jet A-1, Diesel, and Gasoline in support of the U.S. Naval
Forces Africa (NAVAF) annual Obangame Express at-sea maritime exercise. The contract
for fuel deliveries in the Gulf of Guinea that includes 20 African nations, Angola, Benin,
Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo, Cabo Verde, Gabon,
Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bassau, Equatorial Guinea, Liberia, Morrocco, Nigeria, Senegal,
Sierra Leone, Sao Tome and Principe, and Togo; was successfully completed in with three
weeks while demonstrating US21’s broad logistical capabilities in Africa.
