US21 Inc. has been awarded a full and open prime position on the U.S. Department of State’s Global Capacity-Building Services (GLOBALCAP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This is a 10-year contract supporting long-term, on-the-ground mission requirement.
GLOBALCAP is designed for sustained field operations where success depends on consistency, adaptability, and the ability to keep moving even when conditions aren’t ideal. The contract supports programs that strengthen partner forces, improve operational readiness, and enable peace and security missions over time.
US21 enters this role with hard-earned experience. For more than a decade, the company has supported prime contractors on Department of State legacy programs including the Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) and the Africa Peacekeeping Program (AFRICAP). That work has meant operating alongside international partners, adjusting to real-world constraints, and delivering support where plans often change once boots are on the ground.
With this prime award, US21 will now compete directly for future task orders under GLOBALCAP. This isn’t a shift in direction. It’s a continuation of work US21 knows well including, supporting people in the field with logistics, planning, and execution that hold up under pressure.
