RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from your order date. You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after your item is received in our warehouse. To request a return, please, contact your sales rep or email us at rmarequest@us21.com. Please be sure to include your online order number or your invoice number and contact information along with the reason why you are not satisfied with your purchase. An RMA will be issued to you within 1-3 business days from the date of your request. All items returned must be in the original packaging. If your item is defective upon arrival we will ship a replacement along with a return box to be shipped back to the manufacture. If you wish to return an item you must pay for shipping and place your RMA# clearly on the box for your return to be accepted. RMA instructions will be sent to you upon request (Call 703-560-0021 to request the RMA from your sales rep).
